Insurance Coverage
Starting in September 2022, I will be phasing out insurance. However, for those of you with insurance benefits that cover acupuncture, I will be considered an out-of-network provider and can supply you with all the paperwork to send to your insurance, which will include all relevant diagnostic codes and pertinent information.
